Tacia “LadyTea” Sturns is Certified as a Spiritual Life Coach, Master Holistic Herbalist and Master Energy Healer. She has a Degree in Psychology and has counseled and supported humans mind, body, and soul journey for over 25 years of her life.
She began officially coaching and healing other Beings starting over 10 years ago. Her own individual quest and healing process began over 15 years ago. LadyTea is a wisdom and knowledge seeker and explorer of life’s “LOVE-LINE” with a desire for spirituality, virtue, purpose, “soul balance” and unity (relationships/connections).
LadyTea’s Holistic Family Practice is located in Framingham, Massachusetts where she specializes in Holistic Lifestyle Transformation, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Energy Balancing/Aligning. Her unique and simplified doctrine, which she uses to help Beings transmute and transform limited belief systems, anxiety, “Life Blocks,” sorrow and guilt, harmonizes Spirituality and “Soul Balance” with grounded mindfulness and Holistic Lifestyle techniques and action plans. Her work includes Coaching and Classes on Overcoming Limited Beliefs, Cultivating Unconditional LOVE, Relationships Across the Board, Parenting Prognosis, and Sorrow/Guilt Energy Healing.
LadyTea is also an Unconditional LOVE Empowerment Speaker and Universal Holistic Energy Healer with a dedicated focus on collaboration, intentional Universal actions, and proactive unified empowerment in her “Circle of Healing” Group Sessions on holistic lifestyles, Foundational Purpose, “Soul Balance” and “Unearthing Life Blocks” energy healing.
She is the creator of “Harnessing Heroic Harmony” guide/book and the Divine Harmony Design™ Academy and courses. She co-created and collaborates with her three young adult children in business, courses, and presentations on Parenting Prognosis and Teen/Young Adult Vibe Sessions. Originally a Bostonian from Mattapan, Massachusetts, LadyTea’s limitless passions include her three young adult children and co-owners of Divine God-dess of Harmony, LLC: Yas, Khi and Jae; holistic lifestyle implementation, reading, writing, poetry, natural clothing design, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, mindful meditation practices & active prayer, soul music, singing, spiritual balance practices, humanitarianism, herbalism, and advocacy for Holistic Management of Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune dis-eases, plus an open welcoming mind to other high frequenting adventures and discoveries entering life daily and helping others!

2) We assist in helping to heal the "Whole Being" not just one area of a Being’s life.

"I am a Co-Creator of Vision, Art, Enlightenment, Empowerment, JOY, HARMONY and LOVE! I believe I am a product of my creator AND my environment. I do not allow any of my human “titles” define who I am as a Being. After a lifetime of harsh, yet necessary and AMAZING life journey experiences I have gained peace and am living in my purpose.
I have been an educator for many years of my life, from teaching children and adults through book-based teaching, important experienced life skills/well being techniques, and through Mental Health/Psychological practices.
I believe it is important to really know who WE are. Not the physical shell, which most individuals perceive to be who WE are first, but the true INNER-YOU!
I know how it feels to be viewed as naïve, uneducated, even ugly. My life has not always been aligned and it also has not always been consciously & purposefully lived, this is a daily process. I know how it is to move through all of that "STUFF" and this is why, I promote strong:
- Mindfulness,
- "Soul Balance,"
- Energy health,
- Positive self-acceptance, and
- that push of Empowerment toward self-acknowledgement and Service towards OTHERS!
I believe I have been given and have obtained the experiences, wisdom, education and abilities in life to share all I know with everyone I know and others I would like to know.
I believe everything I have gained through 40+ years of life has not been bestowed upon me for me to keep to myself. All of my experiences (even the not so bright ones) can help others.
Helping with the healing of others and assisting Beings to maneuver through life’s trials and tribulations is not only 100% beneficial for them but it is also a daily healing and transformational process for myself. I have grown into being a resourceful support system for many over the years and it is an ongoing Blessing and now, NEW way of life for me!"
