Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the pre-order of The Healing Angels Cards & Mini-Book Collection ("Product"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Pre-Order Process

1.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place a pre-order.

1.2 Pre-Order Submission:
To place a pre-order, complete the Pre-Order Form provided on our website or through the link shared via email. You must provide accurate and complete information.

1.3 Acceptance of Pre-Order:
We reserve the right to accept or decline your pre-order for any reason. If your pre-order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If declined, any payments made will be refunded.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal.

2.2 Pricing:
The pre-order price is $35.99 per set, which is the original price of $39.99 with a 10% discount. Taxes and shipping fees may apply depending on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

2.3 Refunds:
Pre-orders are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by us as detailed in Section 6.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Estimated Shipping Date:
The Product is expected to ship on or before September 30th 2024. This date is an estimate and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are not included in the pre-order price and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3.3 Delivery:
Delivery times vary based on location. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Changes to Pre-Order

4.1 Changes by You:
If you need to make changes to your pre-order (e.g., shipping address, quantity), please contact us at products@divinegoddessofharmony.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the Product is shipped.

4.2 Changes by Us:
We reserve the right to make changes to the Product that do not affect its overall quality or functionality. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you and offer options for a refund or to proceed with the revised Product.

5. Product Availability

5.1 Limited Availability:
Pre-orders are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of pre-orders accepted or cancel/postpone pre-orders if demand exceeds supply.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Cancellation by You:
You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at products@divinegoddessofharmony.com. After this period, pre-orders cannot be canceled by the customer.

6.2 Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, production issues, insufficient supply, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content related to The Healing Angels Cards & Mini-Book Collection, including but not limited to designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Divine God-dess of Harmony, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Product without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your pre-order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts, USA.
